EASTWEST

A retrospective overview of the work of Lebanese architect Nabil Gholam.

eastwest surveys a body of work that takes up the tradition of Modernism where it left off before the Lebanese Civil War, reworks it for the present, and produces buildings firmly rooted in their place and time.

Designed with an eye to longevity as well as context, Gholam’s work can be found across Lebanon and the wider Middle East, as well as in Europe and Central America.
