Part guide, part photo-book, part confessional: a year of rambling through Lebanon.

Getting Lost in Lebanon is what happens when madness, obsession, passion and improbability meet.

Madness, because the moment I arrived in Lebanon, I fell so instantly in love with it that I never left. Obsession, because Lebanon became such a part of my life that I could no longer imagine life without it. Passion, because this country’s immense cultural and historical wealth remains an endless source of fascination.

And improbability because the book began as a series of Instagram posts that were never intended for publication. Somehow, they became one.

The result is my take on Lebanon: a mixture of fun, facts and photographs; the unlikely, the unexpected and the less usual. The stories and images grew out of a year of rambling, mostly through the mountains, but occasionally along the coast too.
